Conference Tariffs
(As from 1 September 2010 till 31 April 2011)
Standard Day Conference Package
R 350.00 per delegate per day
This package is inclusive of:
- Tea/coffee on arrival
- Tea/coffee & light eats
- Lunch
- Tea/coffee & biscuits
- Hire of the conference facility
- Use of standard conference equipment - panboard, flipchart, overhead projector TV and video (need to be confirmed if overhead projector, TV & video will be needed)
- Ice water, mints & cordials which are provided in the venue
- Stationery packs (pens, pads)
- Extra cost Proxima R500.00 to hire per day (Need to be booked in advance)
Budget Conference Package
R 250.00 per delegate per day
This package is exclusive of :
- Tea/coffee on arrival
- Tea/coffee
- Lunch
- Hire of the conference facility
- Use of standard conference equipment - panboard, flipchart, overhead projector TV and Video (needed to be confirmed if overhead projector,TV & video will be needed)
- Ice water, mints & cordials which are provided in the venue.
- This package excludes the stationery pack and the eats with the tea breaks.
- Extra cost Poxima R500.00 to hire per day (Need to be booked in advanced)
Wellness Conference Package
R450.00 per delegate per day
This package is inclusive of:
- Tea/coffee on arrival
- Tea/coffee & light eats
Lunch
- Tea/coffee/biscuits & 2 Bottles Still Water
- Hire of the conference facility
- Use of standard conference equipment - panboard, flipchart, overhead projector TV and video (need to be confirmed if overhead projector, TV & video will be needed)
- Ice water, mints & cordials which are provided in the venue
- Stationery packs (pens, pads)
- 30 Minute Back, Neck and Shoulder OR 30 Minute Indian Head Massage
- Extra cost Proxima R500.00 to hire per day (Need to be booked in advance)
Overnight Conference Packages
Single accommodation = R 1200.00 per person per 24 hour period
Shared accommodation = R 950.00 per person sharing per 24 hour period
This package is inclusive of:
- Tea/coffee on arrival
- Teal/coffee & light eats
- Lunch
- Tea/coffee & biscuits
- Hire of conference equipment - panboard, flipchart, overhead projector, TV and video (need to be confirm if overhead projector, TV and video will be needed)
- Ice water, mints & cordials which are provided in the venue
- Stationery packs (pens, pads)
- Accommodation
- Dinner (3 course set meal or buffet/carvery)
- Full English breakfast
- Extra cost Proxima R500.00 to hire per day (Need to be booked in advanced)
Please note that a 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Please note that this deposit is non refundable in the event of cancellation.

Please note:
- Check in time is from 14:00
- Rooms must be vacated by 11:00 on the morning of departure
- A family room is for 2 Adults and 2 kids under 12. If all Adults R100.00 extra will be charged per adult. (One Double bed and two single beds in one room)
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Please note that this deposit is non refundable in the event of cancellation.
- All our rooms are non-smoking
